The Terms and Conditions outlined below apply to all participants of the 7th edition Nepal Riders Meet – Manang 2025 scheduled from April 15th to April 18th (3 nights, 4 days).
By completing the entry form or event registration, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Compliance: I will adhere to all laws, rules, and regulations of the Government of Nepal during the event.
Event Cancellation: Motor Horse Motorcycle Club (MHMC) will make every effort to ensure the event proceeds as planned. However, they reserve the right to cancel the event due to extreme weather, security issues, or other external factors such as a pandemic. In such cases, participants’ entries will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event. No refunds will be issued.
Participants Responsibility: I am fully responsible for my actions and conduct throughout the event. FORE Nepal and MHMC are not liable for any consequences resulting from my actions.
Liability: FORE Nepal and MHMC will not be held responsible for any death, loss, accident, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of my participation in the event.
